site is very out-dated -- I got engaged in Sept. 2009 and am
totally wrapped up in planning our wedding this fall, so I
haven't had time to update the site.
We ARE
still functioning, and we have litters in the works throughout

Booger and FURR Lilly Anna gave birth to a bouncing litter
today!! About half guys, half girls; all should be beige
in self or irish markings.

We
celebrated the 3rd birthday of CAVE Nimh today! Three
years is a rare gem in ratties, and Nimh is still going
strong. Everybody got cake!

CAVE
Cassie gave birth to a litter of 8 beautiful kits! Annie
is not the greatest mommy, so Cassie takes on her 2 babies as
well.

Anastasia gave birth to a small litter of 4 kits; two survive
over the next few days.

gave birth; she produced 2 beautiful babies that she doted on
non-stop. We had some scares, but everything turned out
great!

Dott's babies -- eight girls and one bouncing boy, are old
enough to head out to new homes!

Dott gave birth to 9 gorgeous babies today! CAVE Alex is
the proud daddy. We're hoping for some gorgeous satin
and velveteen rats.

Five PEW
lab rat pinkies were adopted by CAVE Emily today!
Somehow these babies lost their mommy, and the WSU Veterinary
Teaching Hospital asked me (and Emily) to raise them up.
Emily's proud of her new, bigger litter too!

Emily, my little agouti roan, gave birth to 4 fat pinkies
today!

We
traveled the six+ hours to Port Orchard this weekend for the
RatsPacNW Fall Show! All the 'kids' had fun and little
CAVE Black n' Blue, from our last litter, won Best of Variety
and Best of Section. We're also started work on two
co-litters with Denise and FURR Rattery in Kirkland, and I was
interviewed as a rat expert for a future PBS special on Rats!
